How to restore the file if it does not exist sndvol32.exe
When a curious thing, do not see the file "sndvol32.exe" necessary to change the Windows volume settings.

Cuando por una cosa muy curiosa, no vemos el archivo “sndvol32.exe”, necesario para cambiar las configuraciones de volumen de Windows.
Para rescatar el archivo sndvol32.exe sin necesidad de usar discos de instalación deben probar lo siguiente:
1. Ir a “Opciones de Carpeta” luego “Ver” y buscar “Ocultar los archivos protegidos del sistema operativo (recomendado)” , desactivar la opción de estar marcada.
2. Navegar hasta C:\Windows\System32\dllcache, ahí deberían encontrar una copia de algunos archivos importantes del sistema operativo. Prueba a buscar el sndvol32.dll, de seguro que estará allí.
3. Copiar el archivo, y pegarlo luego en la carpeta C:\Windows\System32.
4. Volver a las Opciones de Carpeta, y activar la función de “Ocultar los archivos protegidos del sistema operativo (recomendado)” para no volver a ver archivos importantes.
5. En caso de que el archivo no se haya encontrado en esta carpeta, probar descargarlo desde aquí. rapidshare.com
La primera opción siempre ha funcionado, pero puede que la carpeta dllcache no exista.
