En este sentido puedes contar con Driver Sweeper para desinstalar limpiamente drivers o controladores (en español), para de esa manera poder librarte de cualquier rastro que nos deja en el sistema: entiéndase rastro como entradas en el registro de Windows o archivos.
Lo primero que debes hacer es desinstalar desde el Administrador de dispositivos que da Windows como tal, una vez realizado esto puedes usar Driver Sweeper para detectar todo el rastro que haya dejado el controlador que intentaste desinstalar. Pues sí, así de fácil es.
